Joseph Bastian appointed Principal Conductor of the Asian Youth Orchestra

Joseph Bastian is appointed Principal Conductor of the Asian Youth Orchestra – Asia’s premier pre-professional orchestra. He succeeds the late Richard Pontzious, who co-founded the ensemble with Yehudi Menuhin in 1987. Joseph’s future plans with the orchestra include two major European tours alongside extensive Asian touring projects. Congratulations, Joseph!
