Future Talent: Event Marketing Strategy
Campaign-led promotion for a major public event
Knight Classical delivered a focused, campaign-led social media strategy for RISE: Past, Present and Future Talent, a major public concert marking the 20th anniversary of Future Talent, presented at Roundhouse in April 2025.
Working across a defined promotion window (1 March–30 April 2025), we combined paid Meta advertising with structured organic content support to drive visibility and ticket sales. Using an overall £2,000 advertising budget and a library of professionally filmed composer videos, Knight Classical refined campaign messaging, developed and optimised ad creative, and built high-performing formats including video carousel ads for retargeting.
Alongside paid activity, we provided day-to-day strategic guidance to support the client’s organic rollout, ensuring confidence, consistency, and alignment across platforms during the critical lead-up to the event.
Campaign Results:
- 313,384 ad impressions
- 156,114 people reached
- 14,761 link clicks to the booking page
- £0.13 average cost per click, with top-performing creatives as low as £0.07
Organic performance also strengthened significantly across Instagram and Facebook, with additional momentum on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
The project concluded with a clear set of practical, forward-looking recommendations to support future campaigns, including improvements to account access and tracking, and a continued emphasis on warm, personable video content, which consistently delivered the strongest engagement.
