Structured social media and multi-platform strategy for documentary premiere and single release
Expertise
Knight Classical supports artists and cultural organisations in developing social media and audience-facing communication that is clear, coherent, and sustainable. Our work spans long-term positioning as well as project- and campaign-led activity, with a focus on helping clients communicate their work with confidence and consistency over time.
We approach social media as an extension of artistic and institutional identity rather than a standalone promotional tool. Strategy is shaped in dialogue with wider artistic objectives, ensuring that content, tone, and platforms are aligned with how an artist or organisation wishes to be perceived – both now and in the future.
Our work encompasses strategic planning, day-to-day content development, and campaign delivery across relevant social platforms. This includes support around narrative development, visual identity, scheduling, and audience engagement, as well as guidance on how social media activity sits in relation to websites, digital projects, press, and live work.
In addition to longer-term strategy, Knight Classical supports focused promotional campaigns around concerts, tours, recordings, festivals, and digital releases. These campaigns are designed to serve specific artistic or institutional moments whilst remaining consistent with broader positioning, avoiding short-term amplification at the expense of clarity or credibility.
Social media work is often developed in close relationship with other elements of the Creative Studio, allowing content creation, film, photography, and design to feed directly into audience-facing communication. This integrated approach ensures that social channels reflect the quality and intent of the work itself, rather than functioning as a separate or reactive layer.
Knight Classical works both with artists represented by the company and independently with external artists, ensembles, and arts organisations.
Social media and audience engagement work at Knight Classical is developed in close dialogue with each client’s wider artistic or institutional context. We begin by understanding existing positioning, priorities, and capacity before shaping an approach that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with longer-term objectives.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, our work may include:
Where appropriate, social media activity is developed in dialogue with wider digital or creative projects, ensuring consistency across platforms and formats. Our role is to support communication that feels intentional, considered, and credible – both for existing audiences and those encountering the work for the first time.
